New Patient Visit

We know that not everyone’s first encounter with our office will be exactly the same, because every new patient arrives in our office with a different need, a specific chief concern, and/or a certain expectation.  Some of you will be seeking our services because you have a dental emergency and you are in pain.  Some of you will be seeking our services because you are unhappy with your previous dental office and are simply looking for a new dental home to take care of your basic dental needs.  And still others will be visiting our office for the first time because you have been waiting for the right time in your life to finally invest in your smile, and now is your time. 

Whatever reason you are visiting us for the first time, we guarantee that your specific needs and concerns will be addressed, and tailored specially to you.  We will spend time talking with you on your first visit so that we will understand what your needs and expectations are.  We believe this will help us establish a relationship that will last for years to come. Your willingness to communicate your needs and your desires will help us to better meet your expectations.

Please take the time to print the necessary new patient paperwork from our website today, and bring it with you to your appointment.  This will save you time at your initial visit.  If you have dental insurance, bring any insurance cards and/or information with you as well.  This will allow us to contact your insurance company on your behalf so as to obtain as much information about your dental benefits that we can.  If you provide us with your dental insurance information prior to your first appointment, we may be able to call before you arrive.  This, too, will help make the process of becoming established more efficient.

Depending on what we will be seeing you for at your first appointment, we may or may not take x-rays.  Your previous dental records can sometimes be helpful, but they are never mandated.  If they are needed, we will assist you with the process of obtaining them.  What occurs throughout the rest of your first appointment will depend on what your personal needs and requests are at the time the appointment is scheduled.

Beyond that, what we can tell you is that you have chosen the perfect dental home!  From the moment you walk in you will know that you are in an extraordinary dental office, and in the care of an amazing team of professionals.
